Hailey | Chicago Suburbs Newborn Photographer

Last April I flew out to Spokane to help one of my dearest friends, Heather, when she had her baby. Little Hailey decided to make a grand entrance into the world, and not according to the birthing plans that her momma and daddy had hoped for. But she arrived healthy and happy. Which is what matters most.

Heather was a bridesmaid in my wedding (how has it already been 5 1/2 years since that joyous day?!) and I photographed her wedding. But of course, our friendship goes way back…we were even room mates once. During my visit, I kept thinking to myself, “I can’t believe my dear Heather is a mom!!” When did life speed by and we arrived at the point of motherhood?! Gulp. Despite the lack of sleep, Heather and Casey seemed to enjoy parenthood quite immensely.

Heather is in town visiting family this week, and I can’t wait to see her Monday and see just how much Hailey has grown since I last saw her! I just might even update this post with a picture of her at 9 months of age!
