It can be overwhelming to think about all of the things that need to be done to prepare for the arrival of your baby! Booking your newborn photographer should be a simple and easy process. Here are a few answers to frequent questions that I receive about newborn sessions...
Where does the session take place?
Your home! There is no place like home, and your baby already knows this! In the comfort of your home, you can sit back, relax and watch your baby be photographed in my unique and simple style.
Do we need to provide props?
Nope! I bring everything needed for the session, I just need the baby! And maybe a few wipes in case of any pee incidents! But seriously, I do bring blankets, wraps, headbands, hats, baskets, furs etc...all the things!
Who should be a part of the session?
I offer mini sessions that are just of the baby, and a full session where parents (and siblings of the baby) are included. It is completely up to you whether or not you would like to be in photos!
How soon should we book our session?
Most parents book me for their newborn session 2-3 months prior to birth. A deposit secures your due date on my calendar, and ensure availability once the baby arrives. After the baby has made an appearance, we touch base to schedule a session time.
